The Innovation Hub will be hosting an engaging workshop on one of our five core values: Reflection! Reflection motivates improvement, leads to more effective actions and strengthens emotional intelligence, which are all essential to personal growth.

This will be a lunch-and-learn style, in-person workshop where FREE food and beverages will be offered as we dive into the presentation. We will end the workshop with some fun activities meant to flex your new reflection skills.

The presenter will be our very own SLC alum Jadon Hook, who is the Supervisor of the Innovation Hub and Faculty Advisor of Enactus St. Lawrence College.
