Come join your fellow SLC innovators as we kick off this year’s Mayor’s Innovation Challenge! We’ll be starting the evening kicking back and watching the virtual information session hosted by the City of Kingston, then launching into an ideation workshop to explore, refine and develop your challenge statement.

About the Mayor’s Innovation Challenge:

For the last five years, the City has hosted the successful Mayor’s Innovation Challenge Pitch Competition. Students are invited to develop a two-to-three-minute video proposal that presents an innovative project that could: be implemented in the city and contributes to the quality of life of residents; or a proposal that leverages emerging technologies or develops new innovations to enhance the delivery of municipal services.
