In collaboration with the Student Association, we will be hosting a relaxing event centered around wellness and the destigmatization of mental health! Read below to learn about what we have planned for the day.

All students are welcome to join us for a wide variety of activities including relaxing crafts, Virtual Reality guided meditation, drop-in huddle sessions led by Spiritual Care Facilitator, Kathy Doering, Therapy Dogs provided by St. John Ambulance from 6 - 7 PM, and more! Free snacks and refreshments will be provided for all Main Event attendees!

Wellness Week Chill Zone

The leaves are changing colour, there’s a cool breeze in the air, and you’re up to your eyeballs in Pumpkin Spice. All signs for you to take a step back and CHILL OUT!

In collaboration with the Student Association and Wellness Week, we will be hosting a relaxing drop-in event centred around wellness and the destigmatization of mental health!

All students welcome to join us for a wide variety of activities including Therapy Dogs provided by St. John Ambulance between 11 AM - 1 PM, drop-in huddle sessions lead by Spiritual Care Facilitator, Kathy Doering from 12:30 PM - 2 PM, multiple nature-based activities provided by Footprint, a Friends watch party, and more!
